Below is a sampling of some of my favorite logos and marks that I've created this year.
BamaBot is a chatbot icon that was to be used on the admissions websites at the University of Alabama. The chatbot was automated to answer questions that students might have about where to go on the website, and enrollment inquiries. I used the chat icon as inspiration to create this little UA themed robot.
The Department of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion requested this mark to use on merchandise as part of a celebration of Black History Month. It is an illustrative mark of the Autherine Lucy Clocktower, located in the Malone-Hood Plaza on UA's campus. I created a line sketch of the clocktower that included a quote from Autherine Lucy herself, the first African-American student to attend the University of Alabama.
The University of Alabama partnered with community engagement platform GivePulse to launch BamaPulse, and meeded a logo for their website. Community members can use BamaPulse to search for local nonprofits and on-campus service-based groups and organizations in order to volunteer. I created a typographic logo and combined it with the "pulse" of a heartbeat.
Alabama's Adapted Athletics team hosted the 43rd annual NIWBT Championship and needed a logo for their merchandise and branding purposes. This logo was even used on the trophy for the winning team. They asked for a classic athletic shield and banner.
